Delivery and Ordering...
Subject to stock availability we will always try to deal with your order the day receive it. You should receive all items within four working days for Mainland UK orders. For all other destinations please allow a little longer for your delivery!
Next day and Saturday deliveries are available on request at an additional charge, please call for details if you require this service.
We accept no responsibility if incorrect delivery address or postcode are given - this may result in delayed or non-delivery of your order. Check your details before sending.
We have tried to make making your purchase as easy as possible. Select your product, put it in your basket and when you've finished go through the checkout where your shopping list will be on view with the exact amount you have to pay. Before finalising the transaction, we will ask you to fill out a registration form along with some personal financial information which is required for us to process the sale. We also take payment over the phone on 01522 537311.
If your request is not available, we will contact you to discuss and advise alternatives.
VAT is inclusive on all illustrated prices at the current rate. Where applicable, please note some items do not require a VAT charge.
Any product you cannot see on this site does not mean that we have not got it. We do not illustrate every product that we sell. Please pick up the phone, email us or even pop in to the store. If we do not have your request in store we will endeavour to order it for you as soon as possible.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Intersport Lincoln and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract);
if you are dissatisfied with your purchase return it to us either in person or by post unworn, unused, in it's original packaging and with a receipt. We will exchange, credit or refund you for the value of goods only.

- You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order.
- You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.
- Contact us via Email, fax or in writing
- Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.
- All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
- We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail special delivery with insurance paid as a minimum or collection can be arranged.
- If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions may apply.
